Position:Human
Resources & Administration Manager
1. Role Purpose
Establish overall human resources, administration
and EHS strategies, management systems, and culture and value
systems for the Company. Plan, direct, implement, and oversees
human resources, administration and EHS policies and activities
including, organizational design, manpower planning, employment,
com & ben, training and development, performance management,
reward management, employee relations, succession planning,
internal communications, change management, administrative
matters, and EHS and security. Provide professional advice
to departments regarding HR, admin and EHS, in compliance
with local laws and regulations to maximize utilization of
the Company's resources for achieving its objectives.
2. Job Description
1)Formulation, implementation and delivery of
human resources strategies by focusing on differing business
scenarios in order to accurately translate the quantity and
quality of employees needed in the short, medium and long
term to deliver Company objectives in line with the strategic
business plan
2)Formulation, implementation and management
of administration management systems with the focus on enhancement
of internal work process and cost reduction
3)Formulation, implementation and management
of EHS management systems with an emphasis on providing a
safe work environment, safeguarding company's properties including
people, and promoting the Company's image as a responsible
corporate citizen
4)Formulation, implementation and containment
of the Company's culture and value systems to sustain the
Company's competitive advantage by continuously developing
a highly committed and motivated workforce
5)Day to day management of company's management
policies in area of HR, admin and EHS in a fast changing business
environment
6)Provision of professional advice to departments
regarding HR, admin and EHS, in compliance with local laws
and regulations
3. Qualification
1)Minimum Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business
Administration, MBA will be an added advantage
2)Minimum Bachelor's degree in other disciplines,
but at least eight years relevant work experience
3)Sound knowledge and skills in HRM especially
in HR strategy formulation, culture and value building and
change management
4)Sound knowledge and skills in EHS
5)Very good command of both written and spoken
English
