Senior Embedded Software Engineer (Network Management System)
" Minimum bachelor degree in computer or communication related fields, MS preferred
" At least 3 years experience in telecommunications and networking engineering and implementation
" Strong software engineering experience, going through at least one complete cycle of product development
" High proficiency in C/C++
" Strong RTOS development and debugging skills
" Proven experience developing network management subsystem in wireless data system such as CDPD, GSM, GPRS, WLAN or CDMA
" Familiar with network performance and scalability issues
" Expert knowledge of SNMP, MIB, CORBA and OSS
" Experience in developing carrier grade devices with redundancy and hot swappable capabilities is a plus
" Familiar with end-to-end network security methods is highly desirable
" Experience with web based network management platform is a plus
" Problem analysis/resolution skills
" Self-motivated and passionate about what you do
