• Position Summary
• Full time work to lead cross-functions to embed Lean Mfg into GDNT.
• Provide the guidance, training and coaching for Lean deployment. 
• To identify any opportunity for improvement for pursuing higher lean target
• To drive the Kaisen events to achieve Lean best practice and operation excellence
• To be key contributor for benefit achievement through lean deployment

• Key Responsibilities
• Establishment, maintenance and improvement of Lean manufacturing and system
• Provision and training delivery of Lean Mfg  and Lean Six Sigma methodology and toolset
• Solution proposal provision for strategic improvement and innovation
• Case study, project charter development and implementation of Lean Kaisen.
• Prime the regular Lean Mfg and Lean Six Sigma action evaluation
• Interface with external organization or company counterpart on Lean manufacturing

• Decision Making Authority
• Strong ability to drive improvement or operation excellence strategy based on business direction;
• Authority to Lean project selection, direction definition, resource procurement and result;

 Problem Solving

• Utilize applicable tools or methods to analyze the root cause, define the corrective and preventive actions;
• Instruct other function primes on project implementation and issue solving
• Persuade or influence top management to recognize Lean operations
