Position：Manufacturing Manager -CEM

Reporting to: Operations Director – CEM

Work location: Dongguan

Brief outline of main duties

· Manages, through supervisory staff, the production of products within the facility.

· Reviews production orders or schedules to obtain data such as type, quantity, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.

· Plans production operations, establishes priorities and sequence for manufacturing products.

· Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products to meet specifications.

· Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum cost and prevent delays.

· Ensures machines and equipment to ensure top performance and optimum utilization.

· Develops and revises standard operational and working practices and checks for compliance.

· Works to resolve grievances and/or submits for action.

· Compiles, stores and retrieves production data.

· Handles all other assigned duties

Education & qualification

Bachelor degree and above

Experience

8 years working experience in related field

Special skills, language or personality

* Must have in-depth knowledge of manufacturing product and process.

* Ability to translate engineering designs and customer specifications into products through the management of the production facility.

* Ability to provide leadership to supervisory staff and all production personnel.

* Ability to work well with others with good communication skills.

* Ability to be detailed-oriented with good problem soling skills.

* Must have good organizational and technical skills.

* Fluent English.
