Senior Training Specialist
(Working Location: Guangzhou)
Responsibility
- Work out annual training needs plan with line manager and execute it on time.
- Develop RnD leadership program on project base
- Develop internal trainer pool and internal training courses
- Manage external resources to maximize cost effectiveness and quality
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in learning objectives and instructional methods
- Review instructor performance and recommend improvements to program content and/or instructor presentation methods
Requirement
chelor Degree or above in HR or relate major
- At least 2 years working experiences in HR training area
- Training experiences in multinational company is an asset
- Strong execution ability
- Good interpersonal skill and presentation skill
- Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking
- Strong computer application skill
