Laboratory Manager
ZUI Laboratory Manager:
Dans le cadre de son expansion, Uniross créé un laboratoire
de tests et de qualification situé dans son usine de Xiaolan
et recherche un responsable pour ce laboratoire.
La mission de ce laboratoire est de réaliser des tests pour
la qualification de produits ou pour le contr?le d'entrée.
Les procédures de tests et les équipements à utiliser sont
définis soit par la Direction Technique du groupe ou la Direction
Qualité du groupe.
As ZUI Laboratory Manager you are responsible for :
To plant the tests as per the requirements especially lead
time and organise the job of the workers
To implement and set-up the machines and tests equipments
To set-up the needs in term of testing equipments in order
to b able to provide the requested services
To have tests done following the requirements of the prescriber
and to be sure about they are carried out in the lead time
committed.
To validate the tests, make the test report and/or validate
it and then transmit it to the prescriber.
To store and archive the measurement results.
To participate to the definition of tests and/or test and
measurement equipments for our product validation and qualification.
To define and manage the realisation of toolings allowing
the test of cells, batteries and chargers and define and setup
the interfaces between the tested product and the test equipment.
To handle, identify and store the samples before and after
testing
To maintain the test equipments and to calibrate them according
with the internal quality procedure
To rank, to keep up the laboratory and the cleanness of it
To produce the monthly report
To train the lab workers
You report directly to Group Technical Director and work
closely with the central lab manager and with the ZUI Quality
Assurance Manager
Ideally with an engineering degree in electronic or electro-technical
with a least 2 years of industrial management experience.
The candidate will also have a battery and product qualification
lab background and is familiarized with the CE certification.
